Named after Crew, her beloved Chocolate Labrador, Crew LaLa officially launched online in 2011 with a collection of stylish, American-made bow tie collars and leashes for pets. What began with a desire to help one foster dog has since grown into an internationally recognized pet accessories brand with features including Cosmopolitan Magazine, Southern Living and The Today Show. In 2015, Crew LaLa opened its flagship brick and mortar store in Charleston, South Carolina, for customers to shop with their pups. As the company grew, so did their need to expand. In 2020, Crew LaLa moved their headquarters and boutique into a new 2,500 square foot facility in Charleston. Here, customers have the unique opportunity to shop the collection or work directly with the design team to create a custom look. From the boutique, Heather and her team of talented creatives and seamstresses can be seen working away in the design studio.
