Do you offer embroidery?

Yes! You can add your pup’s name and/or phone number to collars, leashes, bandanas, hats, and sweatshirts. Embroidery is $18

What embroidery colors do you offer?

We offer a variety of thread colors that coordinate with our signature collar webbing. By default, embroidery will match the webbing color you select, but you're welcome to choose a different color during the ordering.

Can I choose the font?

Absolutely! Each listing includes a dropdown menu with available font options so you can pick the style that best suits your pup.

We offer a variety of durable metal and plastic buckles so you can choose the perfect look and fit for your pup.

To help your buckle last, we recommend not attaching tags or charms to metal buckles, as they can cause extra wear over time.

Can I request a custom fabric or color scheme?

Yes! If you have a specific fabric, theme, or color palette in mind, email us at woof@crewlala.com. We love working with customers to create something truly one-of-a-kind.

Custom fabric pricing will vary based on materials and craftsmanship.

Customized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If the item is received damaged, defective or incorrect due to an oversight on our part, we will gladly replace the item free of charge.

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns. However, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit for any non-personalized, unworn item.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we’ll gladly replace it at no cost to you.

We accept exchanges for non-personalized, unworn items only. This does not include custom fabrics, collars with engraved buckles, embroidery, or clearance items.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as exchanged items are your responsibility until they reach us.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect due to our error—or if you accidentally ordered the wrong size—we’ll happily replace it at no cost. Just email us at woof@crewlala.com and we’ll take care of you!

Since all of our items are made to order, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 72 hours of placing your order.

After that window, we’re unable to make changes—but we understand special circumstances can arise. If you need assistance, please reach out to us at woof@crewlala.com and we’ll do our best to help.

We will repair certain items for a $5 repair fee. We ask that you please clean the item before returning it into our shop.

Since all of our products are made to order, getting the right fit is key! Use a soft tape measure to find your pup’s exact neck circumference. No need to add extra room, we’ve already built in a little wiggle room for comfort.

Breed Sizing Reference:
XS - Chihuahua, Yorkie + Teacup
S - Shitzhu, Dachshund, Pomeranian
M - Beagle, Corgi, Boykin
L - Golden Retriever, Labrador, Boxer
XL - Great Dane, Rottweiler, Mastiff

No problem! Just include your pup’s neck measurement in the “Special Instructions” box at checkout. Since everything is made to order, we’re happy to create a custom size like S/M or M/L.

Yes! We’re happy to swap the bow size on any collar. Just check our bow size chart to find the best fit for your pup, then note your preference in the product listing or the “Special Instructions” box at checkout.

Our bows feature elastic snap attachments that keep them secure on the collar—but still easy to remove when needed.

Spot Clean for Everyday Freshness

Mud puddles happen! Wipe away light dirt or drool with a damp cloth and mild, pet-safe soap.

Rinse with cool water and let air-dry flat - no tumble dryers, please.

Pro Tip: Spritz waterproof/stain prevention spray before use to keep things looking cleaner longer.

Hand Wash for a Deeper Clean

When it’s time for a true spa day, fill a sink or basin with lukewarm water and a gentle detergent (think baby shampoo or mild dish soap).

Soak collars, leashes, or bows for 10–15 minutes, give a gentle rub, rinse well, and lay flat to dry.

Pro Tip: If your pup is a swimmer, be sure to rinse their collars thoroughly with clean fresh water after every dip

Bow Beauty Tip

Want that signature Crew LaLa “fluff” back?

While the bow is still damp, slip a clean rolled-up sock through each bow loop and let it dry in place to help the bow regain its full, perky shape—like a built-in pup stylist!

Pro Tip: Avoid using paper towels as they leave behind lint.

Hardware TLC

• Metal Buckles & Engraving: Wipe with a soft cloth after washing to prevent water spots and keep the engraving crisp.
  
• Metal Hardware: A quick buff with a jewelry-polish cloth keeps the shine.
  
• Plastic Buckles: Simply pat dry—no polishing required.

Pro Tip: If your buckle's springs are starting to feel a little stiff, add a little oil to keep things springy

What to Avoid

🚫 Washing machine or dryer - heat and agitation can weaken stitching and warp hardware.

🚫 Bleach or harsh chemicals - they can fade fabric and irritate your pup’s skin.

🚫 Prolonged soaking to prevent deterioration of fabric and stitching.

Store & Rotate

Hang or lay flat in a cool, dry spot.

Rotating between a few collars or bows gives each one a little vacation and helps them last even longer.
