What size is my pup?

View our Size Guide. Since all of our products are made to order, getting the right fit is key! Use a soft tape measure to find your pup’s exact neck circumference. No need to add extra room, we’ve already built in a little wiggle room for comfort.

What if my pup is in between sizes?

No problem! Just include your pup’s neck measurement in the “Special Instructions” box at checkout. Since everything is made to order, we’re happy to create a custom size like S/M or M/L.

Can I order a different size bow for my pup's collar?

Yes! We’re happy to swap the bow size on any collar. Just check our bow size chart to find the best fit for your pup, then note your preference in the product listing or the “Special Instructions” box at checkout.

Our bows feature elastic snap attachments that keep them secure on the collar—but still easy to remove when needed.

Mud puddles happen! Wipe away light dirt or drool with a damp cloth and mild, pet-safe soap.

Rinse with cool water and let air-dry flat - no tumble dryers, please.

Hand Wash for a Deeper Clean

When it’s time for a true spa day, fill a sink or basin with lukewarm water and a gentle detergent (think baby shampoo or mild dish soap).

Soak collars, leashes, or bows for 10–15 minutes, give a gentle rub, rinse well, and lay flat to dry.

Pro Tip: If your pup is a swimmer, be sure to rinse their collars thoroughly with clean fresh water after every dip

While the bow is still damp, slip a clean rolled-up sock through each bow loop and let it dry in place to help the bow regain its full, perky shape—like a built-in pup stylist!

Pro Tip: Avoid using paper towels as they leave behind lint.

• Metal Buckles & Engraving: Wipe with a soft cloth after washing to prevent water spots and keep the engraving crisp.

• Plastic Buckles: Simply pat dry—no polishing required.

Pro Tip: If your buckle's springs are starting to feel a little stiff, add a little oil to keep things springy

Store & Rotate

Hang or lay flat in a cool, dry spot.
